Roy has led some of the top marketers in country as a consultant focusing on customer centricity, marketing effectiveness and marketing systems technology. Prior to FlarePath, Roy worked at Experian, the largest database company in the world. Roy’s work at Experian focused on Analytics, Consulting and Product Management. During his 13-year tenure, Roy led compliance and quality initiatives corporate-wide, as well as client engagements around strategic planning, marketing systems and measurement. Roy has also been on the client side, working for Federated Department Stores and Hewlett-Packard. Roy has agency experience having worked at Ogilvy & Mather. Roy has a Master of Science degree from Northwestern University’s Integrated Marketing Communications program. He is currently an adjunct professor teaching marketing at DePaul University. Roy has authored a book on marketing and is a frequent speaker at industry events and sponsored webinars online. 

Rena’s years in the ad agency business were spent at industry-leading shops such as Ogilvy and Mather Direct (Sydney, Australia and Chicago, Illinois), Wells Rich Green, D’Arcy Masius Benton and Bowles, Noble-BBDS, plus a stint on the client side as Director of Marketing of North America for DeVry Institute. Since 1985, Rena has practiced exclusively in the field of direct marketing. She opened her own agency, Roberts-Schrein & Associates, Inc.(RSA), in 1989 with offices in New York City and Stamford, CT. In 2006, RSA teamed with Shael Consulting, LLC to form the joint venture, FlarePath, LLC. 

Mark spent most of his career in marketing and retail sales working for such companies as The Estée Lauder Companies, Inc., the Paris-based joint venture of L’Oreal & 3 Suisses, Le Club des Createurs de Beaute (CCB-Paris), Dayton-Hudson and Ford Motor Land Development Corporation. At The Estée Lauder Companies, Mark held executive positions in global consumer marketing and retail store development at Origins Natural Resources and the Aveda Corporation. At CCB-Paris, Mark was the General Manager for the company's US affiliate. After many years developing consumer programs in the corporate sector, Mark formed his own consulting company, Shael Consulting, LLC. In 2006, Shael Consulting, LLC and Roberts-Schrein & Associates, Inc., joined to become FlarePath, LLC.
